Moved The Business

Rich Woltman Sr. moved the business into a 2,500 square foot building near the North St. Louis city line. As the business grew the whole family worked in the business and employees were added.

Moved Again

the business moved again this time into part of a larger 5,000 square foot building in Bridgeton, Missouri.

Mid-1960s we were among the first to use the new Automark typewriter engraving machine for trophies.

Rick Woltman Returns

Rick Woltman rejoined the company. Rick’s previous experience was in finance and computers. The computer knowledge came in handy when we purchased our first sublimation machine in 1985 which enabled us to add corporate logos to plaques without costly engraving templates.

Moved From Our Home

December of 2004, we moved from our home of the last 30 years to a new location occupying 7,000 square feet with expansion plans to fill the 17,000 square foot building. We have designed our new space from the layout of the machinery to the location of our product to make us more efficient for our customers.

Expansion

we completed our 2,500 square foot expansion to increase our crystal and glass capabilities. This space also allowed us to set up a large work station for the computer-aided mat cutting operation.

Personal View from the Third Generation

I grew up in the awards business. My participation in this third-generation business has given me the opportunity to attend and to hold exhibits at national and regional tradeshows. I have also enjoyed personal and corporate recognition and have been featured in magazines and other key industry media outlets.

Dignitaries to Dugouts

Some of my most rewarding projects include the development of custom awards that have been presented to Dignitaries in many countries. I also find it very rewarding to be part of the excitement of young sport enthusiasts who are earning their first trophy. Woltman produced trophies have been presented to tens of thousands of little league t-ball and soccer players! Awards can demonstrate to young team members that discipline and leadership skills are part of what it takes to achieve career success.
